Not only that, you can also stay motivated to continue avoiding bad habits or keeping up with good ones with this app. Interesting thing, this app was incubated at Duke University Behavioral Economics Lab, so there are some real professionals working behind the scene.
This is another well-designed app that allows you to track your habits in a very comprehensive way. The material design has been used to good effect here and provides all the necessary information at one place.
The app comes with a fully featured calendar view so that you can track every habit and visualize everything clearly. This helps you in identifying your behavior and rectifying it in a very timely manner.

Do you remember the Seinfeld episode where Jerry described his productivity secret? Well, I don’t and apparently, the developers of this episode took it to heart and made it into an app. Judging by the good reviews the app has gotten so far, I will say that it works fairly well.
For each day that you follow the habit or do the task, you put a big mark over the calendar. This allows you to see exactly how you are following your habits. This is a completely free app and there are no ads involved in this, not only that, I wasn’t able to find in app purchases as well which is remarkable. The app follows the standard material design and is very easy on the eyes as well.
