10 Best Motorola Android Phones to Put Turbo in Your Life

When I think of Motorola Android phones I typically think back to my first generation RAZR, which was the first phone I ever received from my parents in high school, or was it college? I don’t know, it all blurred together, but the point is, I have a very fond memory of that phone, but the brand has somewhat fallen off the map since then.

There was a period of time when Motorola just didn’t seem to show much interest in the mobile phone game or they couldn’t figure out how to beat out competitors like Apple or Samsung. Well, the Motorola brand is obviously back, and they are pumping out some of the coolest phones you can find on the market.

Motorola smartphones are sleek and powerful, and they even have a few options for those who want to save a bit of money.

Let’s take a look at the best Motorola Android phones so you can spend your money wisely.

1. Motorola Droid RAZR M: $132.00

Motorola Droid RAZR M

The Best for Your Money

The Motorola Droid RAZR M is your best bet in my opinion, since the price is rather low, and you don’t have to worry about getting a junky phone from a knockoff manufacturer. Yes, this phone is a little dated, but if you really want something powerful for a good price, this is the best value.

The phone is a little heavy and clunky, but the processor is powerful and the camera is one of the best you can find on any phone. Checkout the best ROMs for the RAZR M after this.

Why should you buy it?

  1. It has a 1.5GHZ Dual-Core Processor
  2. The 8MP Autofocus Camera also has a flash
  3. It comes with splashproof casing for when you go to the beach (not waterproof though)

A Weird Design, but Affordable

The Motorola Droid X is another older Motorola phone that is still worth the money today. I’m not a huge fan of the design, since it has some weird crevices in the back that build up dust and dirt, but you can buy the phone used for a mere $35.

That’s not a bad deal, especially if you only plan on using this as a second phone or a first phone for one of the kids.

Why should you buy it?

  1. The 8 megapixel camera has HD video capabilities
  2. Comes with 3G data
  3. Features a striking 4.3 touch display

The Motorola Atrix 4G MB860 looks like a piece of junk, but I put it on this list because you can get a used version for no more than $50. They even come refurbished for around that price.

Although I wouldn’t buy this phone new, it’s a decent phone if you plan on getting something for the kids or if you don’t need all the craziness of newer smartphones.

The camera is actually pretty nice and the keyboard is completely virtual, so you don’t get crumbs stuck in the keys.

The display is striking, and the battery lasts a reasonable time. The only problem I have with this phone is that the bent back is a little weird in your pocket. It’s a clunky phone, but most Motorola phones are.
