  8. Hi There, I have a slightly antiquated Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530W on lollipop 5.1.1.

    Somehow I set the phone to block any number coming up “Private Number’ which isn’t the best as I’ve missed a few legitimate calls from that title. I’ve checked forums, etc, phone settings through & through and no dice.

    I DO NOT want to factory reset…… is there any option other than that for me?
