iToolab UnlockGo – Limitations
Naturally, this program has its downsides as well. Unlocking your Android device screen will also erase all of the data on your device. This also happens if you want to remove the
Google Lock or FRP. The program warns the user at the very start that unlocking a phone will delete all its data.
The only exception to this disadvantage is early Samsung devices. This includes the following Samsung devices:
- Galaxy Note II / 3 / 4 / 8
- Galaxy S3 / S4 / S5 / S6
- Galaxy Tab
Will using the program erase all of my data?
Upon opening the program and choosing the procedure you want, it will show you a disclaimer if it will delete your data or not. If you’ll be unlocking your lock screen, then your data will most likely be deleted. This also goes with removing the FRP in Samsung phones. The only exception to this rule is Samsung devices that were produced earlier than S7.
Will using the program affect the performance of my Android phone?
The program will not affect the performance of your Android phone. If anything, it will even improve it because it will delete all of the data in your phone.
Will the program collect any of my data?
The program doesn’t state anything about collecting your data. They do have explicit warnings that the process to open most lock screens will delete all of your data.
Is my data safe with the program?
Yes. The program will not be collecting any of your data. They will warn you though that some processes will delete your data.

You only need low specifications for your computer to run the program. As a summary, you’ll only need 1 GHz for your CPU, 200 MB free space for your hard disk, and 256 MB of RAM.
The interface is very descriptive when it comes to what you should do. It also features sample screenshots of what you should be seeing at what step. This will help you better understand what step you should be in and see if you’ve made any mistakes.
The only downside of the program is that your data will also be wiped when you try to unlock your Android phone. Almost all Android phones unlocked with the program will be affected by this except for earlier Samsung devices. These include all devices before the S7.
