Huawei P30 And P30 Pro Are Available For Pre-Order In The US, But With A Catch
It has been known to many that Huawei products are very difficult to find in the US. This is due to the on-going conflict between the US and China and the suspicions of spying of the latter.
So when Huawei’s latest flagship smartphones hit the market, consumers who are from the US can’t their hands on this hottest handset. But you do not have to worry anymore, because that is about to change.
And all thanks to B&H, Huawei’s P30 and P30 Pro are now available for pre-order in the US.
Huawei P30 And P30 Pro Available For Pre-Order In The US
Unfortunately, Huawei’s latest smartphones are not coming to major US carriers or any retailers. The Chinese tech giant still has to overcome its pending legal battle with the US.
Thankfully, these new devices with unlocked configurations can now be pre-ordered even if you are from the US through B&H.
In the website, the Huawei P30 128GB retails for $599.99 which are available in Midnight Black, Aurora and Crystal finish which can be available by the end of the month.
While the Huawei P30 Pro comes in a bigger memory of 256GB retails for $899.99 with the same color choices as the first one. But, there is no official shipping date yet.
If you are coming in short with the budget, Huawei P30 Lite is also available for pre-order at $319.99. Which comes in 128GB internal storage, in Midnight Black and Peacock Blue color finish.
What’s The Catch?
Huawei’s latest flagship smartphones may be available for pre-order in the US now, but not so fast. As always, there is a catch.
First, the P30 comes with a 1-year limited warranty from B&H which is great so consumers are secured. Unfortunately though, the P30 Pro does not come with a warranty. And it is not clear if there would be.
Second, these smartphones are only available in GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile. One important thing consumers need to know is that these devices are made for Latin America and are only imported in the US.
So, this leaves Verizon and Sprint out of the picture. But B&H are confident enough that these devices will work with US networks, at least enough to be selling them.
Huawei P30 Series Hits The Shelves Even In The US
Huawei’s P30 series retail price put these devices in a pedestal. Not only are these devices affordable but is also packed with features. And the most remarkable innovation is the camera which takes breath-taking shots.
Many consumers have dubbed these devices as the best Android smartphones before even it hit the market. Even surpassing Samsung Galaxy’s S10 series.
These devices are now probably selling like pancakes in China. But we have yet to see whether the American people covet the P30 series and B&H be flooded with pre-orders.
