  2. I have both a Nook & an android phone. The Nook handles books far better than phone. I flat out refuse to agree to all of Google’s demands for access to my personal data & records just to read a book, so is there some way to convert Kindle book for Nook?

    1. Hi, Jeannine. The safest and easiest option is to simply download the Kindle app from the Play Store to read on your phone.

      There are also websites and software programs that promise to convert formats, but it is best to be wary of these types of programs, as they can often be malware in disguise. I cannot personally vouch for the safety of any of them, but Calibre is a free software that is well reviewed.
